CAZA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Moffat Beach has just announced their Christmas and New Years period timetable. While regular classes will be paused for a short time, there are some open mat sessions organised for the die-hards who need to get their fix.
The regular time table for our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes will pause from 24th of December 2019. The first regular training day in the new year will be the 6th of January 2020.
As always, the regular timetable can be found on our CAZA BJJ Moffat Beach page.
Coach Bailey has organised some open mat sessions for those still keen to get some training in. Times are as follows:
These open mat sessions at Moffat Beach are ideal if you want to focus on your no-gi game. There is a strong MMA influence at this gym with a number of fighters honing their BJJ skills for use in mixed martial arts competition.
If you are a member of CAZA BJJ Moffat Beach, you are also welcome to come and train at any of the open mat sessions at CAZA in Noosa.
